As Associate Director, Ritika Agrawal leads the global people team at Imaging Endpoints. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional and has over 15 years of rich experience working for both early-stage startup and matured businesses. She holds expertise in HR business partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning & Development. She has rich experience closely working with Senior Management and Founders on various initiatives and policy implementations.
Prior to joining Imaging Endpoints Ritika worked as HR head with ITES, IT and Aviation industry helping them build the team from scratch. She is very passionate about her work and believes in continuous learning and thrives on engaging with employees’.
